By training in Kinetic Chains of motion (the pathways for energy to transfer through your body) you’re able to get a total body workout each time that teaches the body to effectively move as one unit; finally fully engaging your core muscles, decreasing your risk of injury, and helping you to avoid strength and fat loss plateaus.
Energy Systems
Most workouts only target one energy system, leaving you with gaps in your training.
Our workout program taps two energy systems in every workout. The Aerobic System uses oxygen as its main source of fuel, which builds cardiovascular endurance. The Anaerobic system utilizes ATP (muscular energy) for optimal strength and power. Combining these two styles of training creates the perfect formula for optimal fat loss and strength gains.
Endurance
Burn fat and promote heart health
Cardio components in the workout will tap into your aerobic system which utilizes fat stores for energy while you’re exercising and increases your body’s overall stamina.
Strength

Incorporating functional strength training gives the body the ability to build muscle mass which in turn increases your body’s ability to burn calories when you are out of the gym.

A balanced athletic body

Power exercises that teach your muscles to be efficient and dynamic leads to the right amount of stimulus to put your body into the fat burning mode for 24-48 hours after the workout.
