Scorch Performance is an E.S.P.R. strength and conditioning program created specifically with soccer athletes in mind. E.S.P.R. training is based on the four pillars of athletic performance: Endurance, Strength, Power & Recovery.
The Sports Performance program was developed by certified strength and conditioning coaches who’ve directly experienced the demands of the beautiful game.
Powered by the Scorch On Demand app, athletes can conveniently access workouts, track performance, communicate, and more on any smart device, whether at home or in the gym.
The program is periodized for the year to avoid injury and plateaus and provides recommendations on how to train while managing a full game schedule.
